Robyn Donahue - President/CEO

Our President, CEO and Founder has a lot of experience in the staffing industry – enough to discover a better way of doing business, where every customer and every employee are the perfect fit, for us, for each other. Robyn calls it IntelliFit, and perfecting this custom matching program has been her passion since she started our company in 1999. Bob Fanch, cable maverick, an entrepreneur himself, a mentor and friend was the first to believe in her vision. Bob invested in IntelliSource and provided the initial support – financial and moral to get the business off the ground.

Robyn has more than 19 years experience in the outsourcing and staffing industry, having held key positions in operations, sales and executive management. She graduated with a BA from the University of Denver Business School and encourages everyone at IntellliSource to keep learning – to bring every customer the perfect solution, to treat every employee as a valued member of the team. This last point, respect for employees, is frequently talked about but seldom delivered in our industry, but Robyn takes it seriously. It’s her secret weapon – and ours.

 

Chris Repholz - Senior Vice President of Outsourcing Operations

Chris has more than 23 years of professional experience in the outsourcing services industry with the last 20 in the contact center industry. Prior to joining IntelliSource, he led the contact center division of Zenta, an international BPO organization, and co-founded TPG TeleManagement Inc., one of the contact center industry's best known quality consulting organizations.

At Zenta, Chris was the general manager of a division that served a variety of Fortune 100 organizations, providing customer care, collections and sales services in facilities in the US, the Philippines and India. He was responsible for the development, build-out and launch of Zenta's sites in Manila and Charlotte, NC., as well as managed the Client Services, Sales and Quality Assurance departments.

Before Zenta, Chris co-founded TPG TeleManagement Inc. and focused on improving customer experience with its contact center providers as well as all-purpose contact center consulting.



Christine Dahl - Controller & Director of Back Office Operations

Christine joined IntelliSource more than seven years ago, already a seasoned accountant with experience in such well-known organizations as Getty Images, Qwest Digital Media and The Williams Companies. This time provided Christine with a strong sense of operational discipline and functional expertise.

Day to day, Christine is responsible for all IntelliSource financial and HR operations and reporting. Her team of dedicated accountants, HR professionals, and analysts is incredibly customer focused and prides itselfon its accuracy and responsiveness.


Christine believes that through the consistent execution of exceptional back end delivery systems, IntelliSource can maintain its focus on what’s most important—delighting its customers and employees.

Christine has made a lifelong commitment to continuing education—she holds a BA in Accounting and is a recent graduate from the MBA program of Regis University. We fully expect to be calling her Dr. Dahl before long.



Mandy Cole - Senior Director of Site Operations: Customer Contact & Technical Support

Mandy joined IntelliSource in 2003—with her, she brought prior staffing industry experience and a strong background in management. She came to IntelliSource to work with a staffing company who valued their employees as much as their clients. Being able to personally connect with the service profit chain fit her ideal way to conduct business in this industry.

Over the past eight years, Mandy has risen through the IntelliSource ranks, beginning her career as a Site Manager before taking on numerous other roles in our Business Services and IntelliSource IT divisions. Her current role is Senior Director, Site Operations, Customer Contact and Technical Support. Mandy strives for excellence as she identifies opportunities and delivers positive results to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers and our employees. Early in her career with IntelliSource, Mandy filled hundreds of technical and non-technical positions across a broad customer base. 

With a Master of Science in Management and an emphasis in Human Resources, Mandy is able to apply expertise across a wide range of our business including: Management, Service Delivery, Process Management and Human Resources. Prior to going to college in the U.S., Mandy lived and studied in London, England and Dubai, UAE. While living overseas, Mandy traveled to 20+ countries including India, Hong Kong, China and Kenya. 

Mandy demonstrates a true commitment to all her clients—customers, employees and associates—and understands the importance of connecting talent and technology to ensure the consistent delivery of powerfully relevant results.

Mark Silvius - Director of Site Operations: Distribution & Fulfillment

Mark joined IntelliSource in 1999, bringing with him an impressive track record and extensive staffing industry background. He began his industry career in Chicago working for Norrell Services as an Area Service Manager. His primary responsibilities included managing service delivery operations for multiple national accounts across a broad geographic territory. Mark’s passion for getting it right for his customers, employees and colleagues is unprecedented. He brought that gift to IntelliSource and models this ability for his teams each and every day.

Putting his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elmhurst College to work, Mark has developed a broad base of knowledge in the IT area, systems and process management as well as training and leadership. Quality, service delivery, risk compliance and maximizing productivity are critical initiatives in the outsourcing world. Mark’s on top of his game—balancing both the strategic and tactical elements of his role as a key leader in our Site Operations Division.


As Director, Mark is responsible for all IntelliSource Distribution and Fulfillment site operations. In addition, he manages our retail sales division and site implementation teams. Mark’s implementation and support teams are highly mobile, working in eight states and two countries in 2010.

Mark moved to Colorado in 1997 from Chicago and lives here with his wife and four sons. Mark is active in the Bridge Project and Binning Foundation. He leads our Internship Program and personally mentors all of its participants. He is committed to making a difference in the lives of those he and IntelliSource touch.

Fly-fishing, snowshoeing and playing sports with the boys fill Mark’s hours away from the office.

 

Randy Hughes - Director of IT & Professional Services

Randy joined IntelliSource in 2006 and brings more than 27 years of management experience, including 17+ years of progressive responsibilities in the Staffing Industry, specifically in the Solutions and Services arenas.

For IntelliSource, Randy leads the Information Technology Division, which specializes in mid to high level IT project work and key role contract and direct-hire placements. Randy’s responsibilities also include marketing and internal technology development and infrastructure.

Randy is integral to implementing the strategic vision for IntelliSource IT and for adding new lines of business, as well as maintaining and developing high-end, high profile customer relationships.

Additionally, he oversees projects, enjoys coaching/mentoring and provides foundation and guidance for his team and colleagues. Randy has applied his expertise within Sales, Operations, IT and Marketing for Fortune level companies, as well as smaller, yet prominent Denver organizations.


Prior to joining IntelliSource, Randy held executive positions including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, and several Directors’ roles. Randy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.


Deana Kearns - Director of Business Services & Emerging Accounts

Deana leads the Business Services division for IntelliSource. She has 19 years of business experience covering all facets of recruiting, staffing, call center and human resources management. That nearly two decades of overall experience includes seven years of specific HR Management expertise, including Sr. HR Generalist and Sr. HR Manager Positions.

Her experience recruiting teams and managing HR departments and large call center operations allows Deana to act as a true strategic business partner for her clients. Deana’s talent acquisition and management experience allows her to identify business issues and provide recommendations to solve her client’s various workforce management challenges.

Deana leads a team of recruiters and account managers that partner with diverse businesses across a broad industry base.

Deana and the team she leads like to get to know their candidates and their customers well. Successfully matching employees’ personal and professional goals with the business objectives and initiatives of our clients is their mission. Her intention is to bring out the best in people and match them with the perfect company for the benefit of everyone. This is her focus—and her passion. She models excellence and a passion for being the best.

Deanna’s scope includes: Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Executive Search, Marketing, Call Centers, Outsourcing, Change Management and Organizational Development and Leadership. She holds a Master’s Degree from University of Phoenix with an emphasis in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Colorado, Boulder.
