Mark Silvius. The importance of a backbone.

Mark was the first to come on board, joining IntelliSource in 1999, working with Robyn Donahue in their unofficial first office – a Starbucks in Denver’s Cherry Creek North neighborhood. From day one, Mark has been intimately involved in shaping the vision, direction and culture and is famous among his colleagues for his approach to all the challenges, or opportunities as he would say, that come his way.

Mark is a true veteran of the staffing industry with over 18 years of experience. He started his career in Chicago at Norrell Services, where Mark was nominated for Manager of the Year honors.

At IntelliSource, Mark is ultimately responsible for Corporate Risk & Compliance, ISO 9001 certification, Audit processes and much of our back office operations. He creates and implements corporate standards and operating procedures, offers training support to all new employees – he’s the self-described keeper of the culture. And in a company that‘s constantly striving for better performance, the culture’s worth keeping.

Mark has a BA in Business Administration, a Minor in Psychology and a storied baseball career, all from Elmhurst College.
