This was necessary due to the inherent churn rate. Then one day, a question was posed: “Would the churn stop if we took all that money and put it toward employee benefits and development?”</p>
<p>There was no answer, which is why IntelliSource was born.</p>

Bob Fanch, cable maverick, an entrepreneur himself, a mentor and friend was the first to believe in her vision. Bob invested in IntelliSource and provided the initial support – financial and moral to get the business off the ground.</p>
<p>Robyn has more than 19 years experience in the staffing industry, having held key positions in operations, sales and executive management. She graduated with a BA from the University of Denver Business School and encourages everyone at IntellliSource to keep learning – to bring every customer the perfect solution, to treat every employee as a valued member of the team. This last point, respect for employees, is frequently talked about but seldom delivered in our industry, but Robyn takes it seriously. It’s her secret weapon – and ours.<br>

From day one, Mark has been intimately involved in shaping the vision, direction and culture and is famous among his colleagues for his approach to all the challenges, or opportunities as he would say, that come his way.</p>
<p>Mark is a true veteran of the staffing industry with over 18 years of experience. He started his career in Chicago at Norrell Services, where Mark was nominated for Manager of the Year honors.</p>
<p>At IntelliSource, Mark is ultimately responsible for Corporate Risk & Compliance, ISO 9001 certification, Audit processes and much of our back office operations. He creates and implements corporate standards and operating procedures, offers training support to all new employees – he’s the self-described keeper of the culture. And in a company that‘s constantly striving for better performance, the culture’s worth keeping.</p>
<p>Mark has a BA in Business Administration, a Minor in Psychology and a storied baseball career, all from Elmhurst College.<br />

<p>Our <a href="http://www.intellisource.com/internships/">internship program</a> gives kids the chance to “work” at IntelliSource and experience a real world business and learn about accountability and ownership. The course culminates with final presentations in front of family, friends, IntelliSource Associates and leaders from the Bridge Project and the Binning Family Foundation. It’s truly rewarding for us and the kids – two of whom have started their careers right here.</p>
<p>In addition we support the <b>Bridge Project Adopt A Family</b>:</p>
<p>This is a long-standing tradition for IntelliSource. Each year, we adopt a family that will not have a Christmas and our internal Associates donate gifts, food and cash to ensure a smile on Christmas morning. As of 2008, we've increased this commitment to support two families.</p>

Dr. Peddles’ expertise has taken her to more than 20 countries, many of which were war-torn, with a focus on leadership, early childhood, community-based programs, participatory research, and psychosocial needs of children. She was a Research Fellow at Prevent Child Abuse America and was the first Executive Director for the International Society for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect. She has lived the experiences, published extensively, and presents worldwide.</p>

<li><b>October 2009: </b>IntelliSource hosted a dinner and games night at Dave and Busters to show our appreciation for our employees. The night started with pool, shuffle board, dinner and prizes and ended in the arcade for more games. The event brought two teams together, our former group who has been working onsite for several years and a new group of employees who have worked with us for a couple of months. It was a huge success (even with the snowy weather)!</li>
<li><b>October 2009:</b> IntelliSource recently partnered to host an empoloyee appreciation event to say thank you to our employees and their families. More than 500 people attended the event on a beautiful sunny day. The grill was busy as more than 1000 brats, burgers and hotdogs were consumed during the day. There was plenty to do with 3 bounce houses, a cotton candy machine, a snow cone machine, face painting and caricature artist. Rock band brought down the house! The dunk tank (featuring the favorite managers) brought in nearly $200 in donations for Breast Cancer Awareness fund. IntelliSource matched these funds allowing us to donate $400 in all. Thank you again to all of our employees!</li>
<li><b>October 2009: </b>IntelliSouorce is proud to announce that Zahra has successfully graduated from the IntelliSource Internship Program on October 21, 2009. Through the program, Zahra has learned about business acumen, corporate cultures and personal tools for growth. She showed her amazing creativity through her recent presentation to the leadership team.
<p>Zahra came to the United States from Iraq 9 years ago when she was only 11 years old. She began school not speaking any English, but throughout high school has become fluent! IntelliSource would like to wish Zahra the best of luck as she begins her college career at Metro State in Denver.</p>

<li><b>September 2009:</b> IntelliSource hosted three awards ceremonies for our onsite teams. The ceremonies recognized high performers plus those with excellent attendance with cash and prizes. The super hero theme was a hit and everyone was part of the presentation. Jennifer Morganflash was awarded the Top Analyst award and our perfect attendance winners were Rich Wong, Sara Watrobski, Charlotte Fritz, Kim McCullough, Tim Hanlan, and Bill Piper. There were many other winners; too many to list! Congrats to all who won and thank you for attending!!</li>
<li><b>August 2009: </b>IntelliSource is beginning a Leadership Series for new managers and Train the Trainer programs for trainers and onsite employees. The Leadership Series will include sessions on business books which include Leadership and Self Deception and The Three Laws of Performance. There will also be training sessions for Conflict Management, Time Management and Leaders vs. Managers. IntelliSource invests in new managers in an effort to help them with their ongoing career development. They are a valued part of the IntelliSource team.</li>
<li><b>August 2009:</b> Due to explosive growth in the California, IntelliSource is hiring two new Site Supervisors. In addition, new fulfillment partner signs contact with locations in Colorado, California and the East Coast.</li>
<li><b>May 2009:</b> Intellisource <a target="_blank" href="http://www.couragetours.com/siteapps/teampage/ShowPage.aspx?c=qjJVJ1MNIuE&b=4836649&sid=dfLGLTPuHfLTITMCE">It’s Up To Us Courage Classic team</a> hits an all time high with 131 riders! Robyn Donahue is co-captaining the team with Jerrod Milton and Mike Kimbel, both from Children’s Hospital. Not interested in riding 200+ miles throughout Colorado’s high country? Support their ride and the kids with a donation! Your gift is tax-deductible and will be used to support patient care, research, education and advocacy. Many people don't realize this, but each year, over 50% of all the care the hospital provides is uncompensated (in other words, for charity). Children's is a 501(c)3, non-profit center of excellence in pediatric health care. Your gift helps TCH do what the hospital does best... help sick kids, and IntelliSource is honored to be a part of it all.</li>

<li><b>March 2009: </b>IntelliSource invests in biometric timekeeping systems to enhance security and safety at all domestic customer sites. This technology ensures a secure, accurate timekeeping system for our customers and provides a secure login/logout process for employees, which protects identities and simplifies record keeping.</li>
<li><b>February 2009:</b> IntelliSource announces Mark Silvius, Risk & Compliance at IntelliSource as the company’s in-house ISO 9001 advocate. Mark will work with IntelliSource Executive in charge of Operations, Brenna Cate to ensure the company maintains its leading edge by remaining in compliance with all ISO regulations and guidelines and to consistently review, audit and update all relevant quality processes and systems.</li>
<li><b>January 2009:</b> IntelliSource Colorado embraces the “New Energy Economy” and dedicates resources to actively pursue opportunities that exist within today’s Colorado companies as well as those organizations that have identified Denver as their future home. <li><b>November 2007:</b> IntelliSource partners with an international client to successfully achieve C-TPAT Certification. C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) is a voluntary program between government and business to improve relationships between international supply chain and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). C-TPAT Certification allows companies to play an active role in the war against terrorism.</li>
<li><b>November 2007: </b>IntelliSource goes global, again. IntelliSource Ex makes its debut in Shenzhen, China. SME of Logistics and Director of Distribution were this division’s first placements in Asia.</li>
<li><b>September 2007: </b>IntelliSource goes global. Manhattan PkMS implementation was successfully deployed in China, Singapore and Holland. Multiple, simultaneous implementations were logistically challenging yet successfully completed. Customer described lead Developer as “working miracles.”</li>
<li><b>June 2007:</b> IntelliSource sponsors the First Annual Courage Classic Team. Inaugural Team Members included: Robyn Donahue, Angela Potter, Lori Wiggins, Mark Donahue, Todd Sandbo, and Beth Krulewich. <li><b>June 2007:</b> Preparing for Extraordinary Performance Workshop: IntelliSource partners with Starquest to extend its Executive Leadership Development Training to its valued partners. <li><b>May 2007: </b>IntelliSource partners with Mines & Associates to expand benefit offerings to include Employee Assistance Programs – at no cost to employees. This offering, which includes counseling and financial services, perfectly complements the IntelliSource philosophy of offering top benefits to employees.</li>
<li><b>April 2007: </b>IntelliSource expands its operation to include Canada with its first Outsourced Marketing Project. IntelliSource has a track record of executive search and direct hire success for our Canadian friends and now extends its services to include contract staffing and outsourcing.</li>
