Who should I call should I have questions or concerns, or need to report an incident?
Please call your Site Supervisor at 303.276.6470. Our on – site team will advise you on the appropriate course of action.
How soon do I need to call out if I am not going to be able to make my shift?
Please try to call out with as much notice as possible. Calling after your shift start time, could result in being noted as a no call, no show.
I am not able to log in to my Tesla email, or Tesla teams. What should I do?
If you need help logging into your Tesla email or Tesla Teams, contact email@example.com or go to the IT Answer Bar located on floor 1M near column E32.
How do I call out if I am unable to arrive for my shift?
Follow our call out protocol below!

- Send a message to your supervisor on Microsoft Teams
I forgot my password to review IntelliSource paystubs. How can I login to my employee portal?
Remember to use the following to log in. For further assistance contact us at 303.692.1100
- User ID: Social Security number without dashes
- Password: The first four letters of your last name and the last four digits of your social security number
What is the best way to contact my Site Supervisor?
The best way to get a hold of your Site Supervisor is by calling 303.276.6470 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I need to verify my employment. Who do I contact?
Please email us at email@example.com. We will get back to you within 72 hrs. You can also send a fax request to 303.692.1199. We do require a signed release form to send this information!
What do I do if I have an issue with my paycheck?
All paychecks are issued by our payroll department. Kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve any problem with your paycheck.
I prefer getting paid by direct deposit. How can I enroll?
Good thinking, direct deposit is faster and safer than getting a traditional paper check. Simply click here to enroll in direct deposit or a pay card. For more information, please see your site supervisor.
How will I be paid?
Our pay period is Monday-Sunday and payday is every Friday one week in rears. For example, any hours worked the prior week will be paid the Friday of the current week. Please reach out to us if you have any questions regarding payment.
What is the EAP?
Through Mutual of Omaha, IntelliSource offers each of its employees and their dependents with our Employee Assistance Program or EAP through their benefits package. It is available to help you and your family find solutions and restore your peace of mind.

I would like to review my benefits. Where can I access them?
Simply click here and use the following personal login information.
- Employer ID: INTS9891
- Username: Your first initial and first five letters of your last name followed by the last four digits of your social security number (no spaces/no hyphens, up to a maximum of 16 characters)
- Password: The last four digits of your social security number
When can I enroll for benefits?
You can enroll in benefits after your initial wait period (typically 90 days after start). You can also enroll or make any changes to your benefit selections during our annual Open Enroll period which occurs March 1st.

How do I get my W2 form to file my taxes?
W2 forms are sent to your address by the end of January. If you need to update your address or need us to resend your W2 form, call us at 720.784.6581 or send a W2 request at W2Request@intellisource.com.
