Meet Amanda, one of our Recruiting Team Leads for one of our clients in the retail industry. At IntelliSource, she collaborates with her team and leadership from our client’s business to consistently exceed service delivery. 

Amanda exhibits a passion for team development. This past quarter, she has shined in her leadership ways and taken ownership in creating a collaborative work environment. Amanda has shown phenomenal behind-the-scenes skills and supported all the changes to our customers’ ever-changing hiring needs. You will catch Amanda coaching team members to improve their skill sets and motivating them to “‘Beat Their Best.” She is responsive and assists with a variety of the team’s needs with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, which has translated into a prominent level of trust. Through each road bump, she is there to help solve problems and create solutions – she consistently receives great feedback from our customers for her great attitude, quick responses, and assistance!
