Chris joined the IntelliSource team with a customer expansion to the Northeast in the summer of 2018. She has managed our manufacturing and logistics for this area since. Chris was chosen as a Q3 hero for her awesome management style and leadership with her team while creating processes, system flows and efficiencies that have lead to better service delivery for our customers. Her extra effort and dedication to IntelliSource is much appreciated by our whole team but especially the accounting/payroll team.

In your own words, what do you bring to IntelliSource? The ability to create high performing teams through recognition of each individual’s strengths and building a team where everyone can succeed collectively. What’s a star quarterback without a wide receiver and strong front line? We all need other people.
What do you feel your biggest professional strength is? Analyzing situations from multiple perspectives and giving each challenge a unique approach every time.
Outside of work, what interesting fact should people know about you? I have a sincere love for all things Star Wars. I am one with the force and the force is with me!
What is your favorite part about working at IntelliSource? There is so much talent in this organization that we have the ability to really strategize and develop winning solutions through all situations that arise. We also have a lot of fun along the way.
