David has been with IntelliSource for over 5 years… in fact, he just celebrated his work anniversary the end of November! David was chosen as a Q3 hero because of the leadership he has shown moving from an in office, onsite sales team to a fully remote team of 21 employees and ending the year with an unprecedented finish despite a heavy COVID impact to the business. David’s leadership through service has led to continued expansion in the space and a resounding trust from our customer to deliver strong results under any circumstances. The tenacity and collaborative spirit of David and his team are a true testament to the IntelliSource values!

In your own words, what do you bring to IntelliSource? I think I bring a spirit of making the seemingly unbelievable, or unachievable, a reality.

What do you feel your biggest professional strength is? Motivating a team to push to a goal, having them believe in their abilities, and also see the personal growth and gains to be had throughout the journey.

Outside of work, what interesting fact should people know about you?  I love history. I’m a sponge for it.

What is your favorite part about working at IntelliSource? Seeing people grow professionally and personally. IntelliSource allows for and promotes that intimate nature of working with people.

At IntelliSource, we always strive for E3 or being Enjoyably Engaged in the Experience… what does that mean to you? Finding the bright light or silver lining in what you’re doing. Not in every task, not on every day, but having the ability to look at the entirety of what you’re doing and contribute and maintain an E3 mindset.
