Meet Katie, one of our RPO recruiters who has made significant strides in onboarding and training new team members!   

Within the past 3 months, Katie has leveled up in her role by being instrumental in getting new team members up to speed and comfortable in the complex interview process for one of our clients. She has also done an impressive job developing and sharing text templates with the team to improve our candidate communication efforts. This past quarter, she has had 101 hires. Additionally, Katie is always available and willing to jump in and support our customers when their time gets limited.  Katie consistently impresses our customer and exceeds deliverables.   We can count on her positive attitude that transcends to our team!
