Kylie joined the IntelliSource team several years ago and has supported recruiting efforts across many of our accounts. She was chosen as a Q3 hero because she was instrumental in supporting several key areas during the months of July, August and September.  She exceeded the customer’s expectations at 136% of goal in Q3 across various divisions.  Kylie is always willing to jump into new challenges and adventures and delivers over the top service to the Comcast account.

In your own words, what do you bring to IntelliSource? I feel I bring a sense of competition and silly energy to the team. I love a challenge and will turn the most simple tasks into a challenge- like the Reno challenge ???? . It’s important to find passion and interest in everything that you want to be successful in so make it fun, make it interesting!

What do you feel your biggest professional strength is?  My ability to work/be productive and make it happen. Failing or coming up short because of me is……not something I want to think about and so if you have to work a 13 hour day- you do it and get the job done. I believe that accountability, thinking ahead, and utilizing resource correctly and anything is possible. 

Outside of work, what interesting fact should people know about you? I love the outdoors! I have started ice climbing, running, skiing, mountaineering, and mountain biking in the last 2 years. Intellisource has given my life a huge sense of balance with home/work life as well as financially- that has allowed me to grow in so many ways.

What is your favorite part about working at IntelliSource? My team, the goals are great and being able to challenge myself but anywhere you go professionally they are going to have goals and challenges. My favorite thing that makes Intellisource my career choice is the team I work with and company values. You can’t find that everywhere! People who care, leaders who are passionate about culture and team, team mates who would jump in anywhere to help, and a company that truly cares!

At IntelliSource, we always strive for E3 or being Enjoyably Engaged in the Experience… what does that mean to you? To me, it is being able to enjoy your work because you have a team and the resources available to do your job successfully- everyone shows up and gives it their best so EVERYONE enjoys, shared success, camaraderie, and hitting those goals and targets!!!!
